AshVid is a desktop internet download manager and browser companion for lawful, user-authorized file and media management. By downloading, installing, purchasing, accessing, or using AshVid, you accept these Terms, the software license, and the permissions presented during setup or browser installation.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and AshVid. If you do not agree, do not install, access, purchase, or use the desktop app, browser companion, account services, license features, or related AshVid services.
Subject to these Terms, AshVid grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for lawful personal purposes. AshVid and its licensors retain all ownership rights in the software, interface, branding, documentation, and related materials.
AshVid is provided for personal file organization, local media management, continuity, and backup workflows where you own the file, created it, licensed it, received permission to access it, or are otherwise authorized to preserve it.
You are responsible for respecting copyright, creator rights, publisher rules, platform terms, account conditions, privacy rights, and all laws that apply to your use.
You may not use AshVid to misuse third-party content, violate access conditions, redistribute protected works without permission, interfere with services, automate abusive activity, or use the product in a way that is unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or against applicable platform rules.
You may not copy, resell, rent, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, tamper with, or exploit AshVid, its services, branding, documentation, or software except where expressly permitted by law.
The AshVid browser companion works with the installed desktop app. It may request broad browser access so it can recognize the page where you choose to use AshVid, display the companion control, and pass selected page or source information to the local app.
A fixed website list would make the companion unreliable because permitted files and media may appear across many lawful websites, account pages, cloud locations, and embedded views. By installing or enabling the companion, you consent to the permissions shown by the browser and understand that those permissions support the AshVid workflow.
AshVid is not intended for use where a website, publisher, creator, account agreement, technical access condition, or applicable law does not allow personal saving, archiving, or management of the selected item.
AshVid may limit, block, change, or remove compatibility with particular services when required for platform compliance, product integrity, legal risk, security, or responsible operation.
Some features may require an account, active license, trial, subscription, or approved payment. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. AshVid may refuse, suspend, limit, or cancel access where needed for security, payment integrity, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or policy enforcement.
Payment methods, prices, renewals, plans, and promotions may vary by location, product version, account status, and payment provider. Payment providers may apply their own terms, privacy notices, processing rules, and verification requirements.
Refunds are governed by the AshVid Refund Policy. Digital subscription access is delivered after payment confirmation, and purchases may be final once activated except where applicable law requires otherwise.
AshVid is designed around a local desktop workflow, with limited account, license, payment, support, security, and operational data used to run the service. Please review the AshVid Privacy Policy for details.
Third-party websites, services, files, media, links, browsers, operating systems, and formats are not controlled by AshVid. You access and use third-party services at your own risk and under their own terms.
AshVid does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, continued compatibility with any specific service, availability of any file or media source, or availability of any particular quality level, format, or feature.
You are solely responsible for how you use AshVid and for confirming that your use is allowed in your location and under any applicable content, platform, account, and legal requirements. Consult your local legal framework if you are unsure whether a specific archival or management activity is permitted.
AshVid is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AshVid disclaims warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free use, availability of any third-party source, compatibility with any service, and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AshVid shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, data-loss, profit-loss, access-loss, or third-party damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold AshVid harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of any third-party rights.
AshVid may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
